TOKYO — There are a lot of foreign commentators to opine about Japan but none do it quite as well as Jeff Kingston, the long-time Temple University in Japan professor. Kingston, who turned 65 last year recently stepped down from his position as Director of Asian Studies at TUJ, a department which he founded in 1995, and has just come out with another book, the latest in a long line of insightful works on Japan and Asia in general.
