TOKYO — Meiji Jingu Kyujo needs a renovation. The seats are uncomfortable, wheelchair access is no good, and sight lines are bad in places. The press box is below ground level and it’s narrow and cramped. It’s also a place that the baseball teams dislike intensely for its small and restrictive dressing rooms.
